    • The tour duration is 7 Days , The tour starting ( After midday ) and finishing (6.00 pm ) in clients pickup location in Cairo or Giza or Cairo international airport
    • A copy of clients passports the page which has clients photo to confirm clients bookings in Egypt. A copy of flight tickets to Egypt and back home in case of clients pickup and end of service location is the airport , please indicate them before the tour starting
    • The tour language is English, all other languages are available with a professional speaking tour guide private extra supplement
    • Clients will be informed with the name of hotels and cruise ship at least a week before the arrival date
    • Type of beds in hotels and cruise ships , (Single) 2 beds or large bed, (Double) 2 beds or large bed, (Triple) 2 beds plus extra bed or large bed plus extra bed, please indicate type of beds you want when booking, if you are a family of 3 or any odd number of people all are adults please contact the supplier for extra supplement in the cruise to have extra single room because rooms in all cruises are good enough for 2 adults plus a child or a youth maximum .
    • No refunds , in case of the balloon trip will be cancelled because of a bad weather reasons .
